Believed to originate in ancient Greece, today Aesop’s Fables are captured in entertaining books accompanied by bright illustrations that bring the stories to life and fascinate young children.

The series continues with the tale of a lazy farmer called Atticus Greeb, whose goose laid an egg of pure gold. Hoping to get all the gold at once Atticus kills the goose, but he found nothing inside and was left empty-handed. The moral of the story is:
