All prices include VAT, if applicable, but exclude delivery costs, which will be included in the total amount due.
We do not ship to PO Box, BFPO, APO and FPO addresses.
We also do not offer delayed or named day deliveries.
Once your order is placed it will be fulfilled and despatched within the timelines specified in the table above. For large orders, you may receive a call from our Customer Services team as other charges may apply.
We are sorry that we unable to deliver to Ukraine or to Russia at this time.
We are sorry that we are unable to ship alcohol internationally at this time. This includes hampers that contain alcohol (Gin or Champagne).

Click & Collect from our New Bond Street Store in London is available on all web orders.
We offer Same Day collection on orders made before 5pm Monday to Friday and Next Day collection on orders after 5pm or as normal.
Orders normally need 2 hours to make ready for collection.
Excludes orders made with gift packaging options which take a minimum of 5 hours, so are exempt from Same Day collection unless made before 12pm.
Saturdays, Sundays, Easter Sunday and Christmas Day are exempt from Same Day collection options.
We reserve the right to suspend this option at busy times such as before Christmas or on Public Holidays.
Choose Same Day collection at checkout before completing your order.
To collect your order in store please bring with you one of the following:
1. A printed copy of your email order confirmation and a valid Photo ID
2. A device showing your email along with a valid photo ID
For purchases from outside the UK, import duties and taxes or equivalent may be due and payable in the jurisdiction in which the Goods are ordered/delivered. The recipient will be responsible for the payment of all these charges. We cannot accept any responsibility for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard.
If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the buyer of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported.
Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering. We cannot also be held accountable for delays in Custom Clearance.

The East India Company Food & Beverages offers a 14 day return policy on all items, for any reason, excluding those items that are personalised or customised to specific requirements.
Please note that the delivery charge for the original order will not be reimbursed, and we are unable to reimburse your postage costs for returning items to us, and the risk remains with you until we receive the items.
Unwanted items can only be returned provided that all packaging remains unopened, any seals remain unbroken and that the items are returned in their original condition to us.
To return unwanted item(s), please send an email within 14 days of the date on which the goods were delivered to service@theeastindiacompany.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• The item(s) in the order that you wish to return
• Reasons for wanting to return the item(s)
• Whether you are returning the item(s) in the post or to our London store, 97 New Bond Street, London, W1S 1SL, United Kingdom.
Please do make sure to pack the unwanted item(s) carefully to avoid any damage in transit.
Once we have received and reviewed the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5 working days of receipt.
The East India Company Food & Beverages offers free returns on all items that are damaged in transit, incorrect or defective.
If you find that any items in your order are damaged in transit, you should sign the delivery note, where possible, to the effect that the items have been damaged and send us an email at service@theeastindiacompany.com within 14 days of delivery of the order.
If you find that any items in your order are incorrect or defective, including any items that have been personalised, then you should send us an email at service@theeastindiacompany.com within 14 days of delivery of the order.
Please provide us with the following details in your email:
- Your order number
- The item(s) in the order that you wish to return
- What is wrong with the item(s)
- Whether you would like for us to replace the item(s) or refund the item(s)
- Whether you want to return the item(s) in the post or to our London store, 97 New Bond Street, London, W1S 1SL, United Kingdom
On receipt of your email, we will issue you a RMA number and send to you via email:
- a return label if you choose to return the item(s) in the post; or
- details for returning the item(s) in-store if you choose to return the item(s) at our London store.
If you choose to return the item(s) in the post, you will need to print out the return label, attach this to the outside of your package and drop this package off at your nearest Post Office.
Please do make sure to pack the unwanted item(s) carefully to avoid any damage in transit.
If you requested a refund, we will review and process your refund within 5 working days of receipt of the returned items. If all items in your original order are returned, the delivery charge for that order will be refunded. If not all the items in your original order are returned, the delivery charge for that order will not be refundable.
If you requested a replacement, we will despatch this within 5 working days of receipt of the returned items. You will not be charged any additional costs for delivery of replacements.
