London Cocktail Week 2023
The East India Company Gin Negroni
We kick things off with The East India Company Gin Negroni. The Negroni has long been a bartender’s favourite and is a perfect demonstration of beautiful simplicity yielding incredible results.
Simply mix together the below ingredients:
• 40ml The East India Company Dry Gin
• 30ml Sweet Vermouth
• 25ml Campari
• 5ml Homemade galangal liqueur
• Garnish: Orange wedge
Chamomile Mojito
The perfect iced tea to help you relax this summer...
Ingredients
• EIC Chamomile Infusion 70ml
• Fever Tree soda water 100ml
• Lime juice 25ml
• Monin gum syrup 20ml
• Mint 8 leaves
• Chamomile 3 bud
1. Brew 10 grams of Camomile tea in 1 litre of hot water at 85C for 3 minutes and transfer to a 1 litre plastic 'store and pour' bottle in the fridge to chill.
2. Add the mint leaves and sugar to the high ball glass, then the chamomile infusion and lime juice and stir gently.
3. Add the ice cubes, stir in the soda water and top up with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and Chamomile bud
The East India Company Gin Sour
The weekend has landed and what better way to celebrate than with The East India Company Gin Sour? We share our recipe for this resplendent and luscious drink which, made well, is a perfect balance of complexity and depth.
Mix together the following ingredients:
• 40ml The East India Company London Dry Gin
• 15ml Homemade amchur syrup
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 10ml Sauternes
• 20ml Egg white (optional)
The East India Company Gin Martini
Thursday has been the new Friday for some time now and we are embracing it. We continue our series of classic cocktail recipes with The East India Company Gin Martini. Regularly regarded as the most recognisable and celebrated cocktail in history, the Gin Martini is indispensable for any bartender’s arsenal.
Mix together:
• 75ml The East India Company London Dry Gin
• 10ml Dry Vermouth
• Spray The East India Company Earl Grey Tincture
• Garnish: Large orange peel – oils expressed & fresh peel dropped in glass

• 15ml Green cardamom & The East India Company Assam tea syrup
• 20ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
• Topped with soda water
• Garnish: Kaffir lime leaf & bergamot leaf
