Chai Lemonade

1. Brew 12.5g Bombay Chai in 1L hot water at 100°C for 4 mins. Chill in a 1L plastic bottle.
2. Combine ingredients in shaker.
3. Fill shaker two-thirds with ice, shake vigorously.
4. Double strain into Highball glass, top with Ginger Ale.

Ingredients:

• Chai tea (East India Co.) 200ml
• Lemon juice 25ml
• Cardamom syrup 5ml
• Ginger Ale (Fever Tree) 120ml

Lychee Darjeeling Dream Iced Tea

1. Steep 2 tsp Darjeeling Dreams tea in 250ml boiling water for 3-4 mins, then cool.
2. In a pitcher, mix brewed tea, lychee juice, lime juice, and honey.
3. Fill glasses with ice, pour mixture, and garnish with mint and lychee.

Ingredients:

• 2 teaspoons of Darjeeling Dreams tea leaves
• 250ml boiling water
• 100ml Lychee juice
• 30ml lime juice
• 15ml honey (optional)
•  Fresh mint leaves or Lychee fruit for garnish

Citrus Honeybush Bliss Iced Tea

1. Steep 2 tsp Honeybush and Orange tea in 250ml boiling water for 5-6 mins. Let it cool.
2. Mix brewed tea with 100ml freshly squeezed orange juice in a pitcher.
3. Add 15ml honey (optional) for sweetness.
4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture.
5. Garnish with orange slices and mint leaves.

Ingredients:

• 2 teaspoons of Honeybush and Orange tea
• 250ml boiling water
• 100ml freshly squeezed orange juice
• 15ml honey (optional)
• Ice cubes
• Orange slices and mint leaves for garnish

1. Steep 2 tsp green tea leaves in 250ml boiling water for 3-4 mins. Remove tea leaves and let it cool.
2. Muddle fresh mint leaves in a pitcher.
3. Pour cooled tea into pitcher, add lemon juice and honey (optional), stir.
4. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour tea mixture, and top with sparkling water.
5. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.

• 2 teaspoons of green tea leaves
• 250ml boiling water
• Fresh mint leaves
• 30ml lemon juice
• Sparkling water
• Lemon slices and additional mint leaves for garnish

• 30ml Sweet Vermouth
• 25ml Campari
• 5ml Homemade galangal liqueur
